Vic “Vicious Vic” Harris is considered by many to be the greatest manager in Negro League history. He led his Homestead Grays to first place in the Negro National League 8 times, and finished with a career managerial winning percentage of .663. 547 wins and 278 losses. As a player, he had a career batting average of .303. He has not as yet been elected to The Baseball Hall of Fame. – The card is from the 1994 Ted Williams Card Co. series.
