Bogar played 9 seasons in the Major Leagues with three different teams, including the Houston Astros’ “Killer Bees” of the late 1990s. After his playing days, he moved on to a distinguished coaching and management career in Major League Baseball, including a stint in 2012 as RedSox bench coach under manager Bobby Valentine, a season that most Red Sox fans would unfortunately like to forget. The card is from the 1994 Fleer set. The set features terrific photos and a beautiful design.
